  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

  • Overnight shipping (if available): 1 business day

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance procedures.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

Zavistosxi Labs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit (with no “delivered” status), contact us at support@zavistosxilabs.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date so we can review the case.

Order Changes & Address Updates

To ensure prompt delivery, please verify all shipping details before completing your order. If you need to update an address after checkout, contact us immediately at support@zavistosxilabs.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed.
